Return & Store Credit Policy – Falcon Clothing

At Falcon Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at falconmensattire@gmail.com / 8098522204 with your order details.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Store Credit

  • Instead of cash refunds, we provide store credit for returned items.

  • Store credit can be used to shop for any product in our store.

  • Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for a different size or product, based on availability.

  • Contact us with your order details to request an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A short video of the unpacking is required to process damaged/wrong item claims.

  • We will provide a replacement or full store credit at no extra cost after verifying the video.
