1. Delivery Areas & Time



  • Tamil Nadu: 2-day delivery
  • Rest of India: 3–5 days delivery




2. Shipping Charges



  • Free shipping on all orders. No hidden charges.




3. Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Processing may take longer during holidays or high-demand periods.




4. Tracking



  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly with the courier service.




5. Damaged or Incorrect Items



  • If your order of tees or other clothing arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • A short video of the unpacking is required for claims.
  • We will provide a replacement or store credit after verification.




6. Returns



  • Returns are accepted within 7 days in accordance with our Return & Store Credit Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges, except for defective or wrongly delivered items.
  • A short video of the unpacking is required for damaged or incorrect items.

7. Liability



  • Falcon Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product is handed to the courier.
