Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
A short video of the unpacking is required for damaged or incorrect items.
Instead of cash refunds, we provide store credit that can be used to purchase any product in our store.
Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges for different sizes or products are allowed based on availability.
